Burn Survivor Initiative

Join us in helping burn victims heal through trauma and catastrophes.

Each year, the UMC Burn Center helps hundreds of families heal from their fire injuries and trauma. While someone's insurance may cover most of their physical rehabilitation, it oftentimes does not help these people reintegrate with their normal lives.

There are few organizations that have the level of compassion as the group at The Burn Foundation. We were so troubled after our fire incident that we were on the brink of a family breakdown. These guys came to us with open arms, took my son and I under their wings, and showed us how to fly again.

I feel so lucky to have met The Burn Foundation. They arrived in my life to help me and my daughter during the toughest challenge we've ever faced. Without their compassion and steady vision, my family and I would not be where we are today. Thank you.
